Derek worked with the Board and senior leadership team of a National Charity to establish and implement a new organisational structure, supporting development programme and individual coaching arrangements for the CEO and Directors.

Derek's background as an Executive level leader within the Financial Services industry gave him a credibility and authority in the eyes of these high performing individuals which led to deep-rooted and influential coaching and mentoring relationships.

Over a four year period, Derek designed and led development programmes for three tiers of senior leadership across multiple countries. Partnering with the CEO, Global Management Board and various subject matter experts, Derek facilitated programmes which focused upon individual and corporate leadership development.
